2. Information We Collect

2a. Audio Processing

VORA processes audio directly in your browser using the Web Speech API or Whisper. Audio data is NOT transmitted to our servers. All speech recognition happens locally on your device.

2b. AI Features (Optional)

When you use Gemini AI features (meeting summaries, context correction, insights), your meeting transcript is sent to the Google Gemini API for processing. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. VORA does not store these requests on its own servers.

  • Paid-tier API users: Google's enterprise-grade data policies apply. Input/output data is not used for model training.
  • Free-tier API users: Google may use anonymized data to improve its models. Review Google's Gemini API Terms for details.
  • Your Gemini API key is stored only in your browser's local storage and is never transmitted to VORA's servers.

2c. Usage Data

We may collect anonymized usage analytics (page views, feature interactions) to improve the service. This data does not identify individual users.

3. Cookies and Advertising

VORA displays advertisements through Google AdSense (Publisher ID: ca-pub-6874320463657568). Google AdSense uses cookies — including the DoubleClick cookie — to serve personalized advertisements based on your visits to this and other websites.
